Mike Berry is a full-time Realtor® in Jacksonville Beach, Florida. Mark Mantarro – three miles away in Neptune Beach - is an ex-Oracle guy with a deep background in Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) development and delivery. We’ve been friends for 24 years.

Mike had attended Realtor® training sessions that included an introduction to the type of scatterplots you see on this site. They were awesome in concept, but they were created inside Excel spreadsheets. They were clunky. And they were exhausting to build. 

We set out to build Listing Charts for Mike’s brokerage to use. We wanted something that worked easily and captured all relevant MLS data in a single, interactive presentation. Mike was hopelessly challenged on the coding and website development issues, but he had the vision exactly right. Enter Mark, who was wildly over-qualified to oversee proper development. Success! Mike’s brokerage has become home to our most enthusiastic customers. Time to share Listing Charts with a much wider audience!
