Some of the properties contained in your MLS search did not contain square footage data. These properties are typically empty lots.
Review your MLS search
Remove any properties that do not contain square footage data
Export a new CSV file.
Upload the new CSV file to Listing Charts.
If you believe you should not have received this error. Please submit your CSV file and note the MLS selected HERE.
The CSV file you uploaded does not match the MLS you selected. Each MLS export files slightly differently and will cause the chart to load incorrectly.
In the “Create New Chart” area, double check your MLS selection. See image below.

Looks like you forgot Step 1 in the “Create New Chart” area. Each MLS export files slightly differently, so we need to match your chart to the correct MLS.
